GREENRIDGE BANK ROBBED AGAIN...........

The Penn Security bank in Greenridge Corners was just robbed again at 11:30am this morning. This is the second robbery at that bank in less than a month.

THERE IS NO CRIME IN SCRANTON, Mayor Doherty GFY

Robert Morris one block away and no susupects they are canvasing the neighborhood nice right....... Great job Mayor......

Here we go again.... Now how can someone in their right mind(ok I know just hit me with a wet noodle now? even think that it is the mayor's fault that a bank got robbed. I mean really. there is crime in every city, like it or not, but I happen to feel safe in Scranton. I'm not saying that a bank robbery is not a big deal, because it is, I was robbed years ago when I worked at a convenient store and it was terrible, but on the overall level compared to other cities our size, I don;t feel that crime is out of control in Scranton, and then to blame the mayor. I'll tell you what, when I was robbed the only person that I blamed was the robber himself, to be so hooked on drugs that he need to come in there and rob me to buy more.sorry for venting again.

I agree with Girl ... if they would just stop flaunting all of that money ... what do they expect to happen ... Anyway it's probably some drug addicted idiot who is out there looking for the next fix ... but and I need to know this ... how is that Chris Doherty's fault? __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... I don't think that Chris Doherty ever said we have "No Crime" I think what he said is that Scranton is safe ... we have a low crime rate compared to other areas ... so where do they come up with the No crime thing is beyond me. I do not think that no matter where you go ... there is a place on this earth that is "no crime" ... I have said this before ... I can take a walk through my neighborhood at any hour of the day ... and feel safe ... that's one of the things that I love about living in Scranton ... I don't think that we wil ever find the crime free utopia that the DD'er and Doomers dream of ... keep dreaming guys ... maybe you should all move to an isolated deserted island ... I'll bet that there is no crime there ... we can have a fundraiser to raise the money for the trip ... no problem. __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Just think the fun the DD crew would have if one of Doherty's supporters had the same record (with the law & in the courtoom) as serial-plaintiff Pilchesky?
