Now according to the Scranton Times Article Pilchesky withdrew because he didn't want to end up paying the legal fees of Cordaro ... but according to the DD site ... Pilchesky himself says ...

So now the only reason that he withdrew ... was because Cordaro's lawyer gave him a better law to rely on ... and Pilchesky claims this was an accident ... well Curley Joe ... I wouldn't be so sure that it was an accident ... Maybe just maybe this lawyer is counting on you using this particular law ... just something for you to chew on ... you may have been outwitted on this one ... because why oh why would this lawyer give you a law to refer to?
And you can report it to the diciplinary board ... but is there a rule against showing up ... I doubt it ... I could be wrong as I am no more a lawyer than Curley Joe is ... but isn't it funny ... Curley will probably be suing this lawyer for showing up.
I personally think and it is only my opinion ... that as soon as Curley Joe Pilchesky found out that sanctions were being sought ... that he ran and drew up his withdrawl ... because no matter how much he says that he will invest his own money ... he really has never had to pay for anything other than filing fees ... so that was a little amount of money ... now we are talking about legal fees ... lawyers charge about $200 per hour ... now how many hours were put into researching ... not to mention the cost of going to court ... and well I would imagine should they win the motion for santions ... well Curley Joe will have to pay for court costs ... it could turn out to be quite a hefty sum of money ... now it's again only my opinion ... he thought that by withdrawing that the whole ugly business would just disappear ... well Curley I think you were playing in the wrong sandbox this time ... it was tooooo bad when you wanted to take all of your toys and go home ... oh well ... I hope they getcha good ...

What bothers me tremendously is-- some people will NOT know the true facts--because the Scranton Times chose to lie and distort the facts-- sad but very true-- and they get away with it to lead the people to think this is actually what happened when in reality some know differently--but in my opinion-not enough people know the truth and to me this is a huge injustice to Joe Pilcheski and Jo. I would hope Joe could put an editorial ino the Times-but I doubt very much that they would print it. I'm just stymied here --frustrated at this lack of professionalism on behalf of the Times-- I want everyone in this city and Lackawanna county to know Joe never knew there was a hearing going on without his knowledge and that he withdrewhis claimin plenty of time and they did this deliberatelyto dicredit Joe Pilcheski--and the Times joined rightin to aid these corrupt poiliticians-- I just pray the disciplinary board does their homework once Joe notifies them and takes it upon themselves to right this horrible wrong. I amof the firm belief that Joe will prevail--hitting these roadblocks is annoying to say the least--and that is just me--can you imagine how Joe must feel-Hoping he knows we are ALL right at his side-- and shall not go anywhere but exactly where we are---

What's disturbing for me is the addition of untrue facts. He wrote that "minutes before the hearing was going to start I withdrew and left." Nothing could be further from the truth. First above all, I was NEVER in the building to begin with. The hearing was set for 10:00 am. I filed the withdrawal at precisely 9:00 am at the Prothonotary's Office, a separate building, as evidenced by the posting of it right here. As I was hand delivering a copy to the Election Bureau on Jefferson and Atty. Reihner on Adams Ave., my wife was in the courthouse at 9:05 am hand delivering a copy to both judges involved. And, nothing stopped either of the judges from contacting me and ordering me to appear at the hearing. I've withdrawn other actions in the past and never had a lawyer show up to argue them. In fact, while arguing an injunction against Carl Greco in front of Judge Walsh regarding the Complex, I withdrew as we were arguing and it was a done deal. Greco wasn't happy about it, but he knew nothing more could be done and we all left.
Now did you all see what I was talking about ... Now Faye ... how can you claim that Joe never knew there was a hearing going on ... he clearly states .... that he was informed ... so that means that he ... knew ...

When Fay opens her big trap like that, doesn't she realize that there are people out here who actually KNOW her. People who know just how much she is capable of and what she ISN'T? She should look around and see for herself that there are more of us out here who know just how vindictive, infantile and downright mean she can be. Someone drop a hat?
That friend of a friend of a friend I told you about -- the one who knows Pilcheski's mechanics' girlfriend's gay lover ::: wink wink ::: -- told me a story about some antics she put her kid up to a few years ago. A good little college boy at the time, too. What a shame. And shame shame shame on you, Fay.
She uses her children ... wow and she says they left the area because of dirty local politics ... I guess they left the area because Mamma is using them for her dirty work!
She is a nut ... I have seen her in action first with the School Board ... before council meetings were televised ... and then when they began televising the council meetings she began terrorizing the members of Council ... but she's not there for the TV ... watch her ... you can clearly see how she plays to the camera ... and how about when she brought her boom box ... you think she would have played that tape if she were not on TV ... think again!
