Mr. Pilchesky, in case you didn't know it, you're being watched 24/7. They're so convinced that you're the front man for some political underworld movement that they're spending the money on watching you and reviewing everything you file. The Dept. of State is going over all of your lawsuits and other documents carefully. I kid you not. Go to the Supreme Court docket number at 353-MAL-2007, your docket number, and see who is copied in on all of the documents.

Also, on this Complex issue, the Court of Common Pleas has been instructed to clean up its own mess and not to allow you to go to H'burg anymore with this embarrassing matter. Mazzoni may shock you. They don't want an opinion on the books against Mellow and Rendell, so Mazzoni may end it here and now.

The officer was put in the courtroom to piss you off, make a big stink and hopefully cause the matter to be continued. I know, they're reaching, but they don't know if they don't try. By the way, the deputiy thought you kicked Hinton's ass. He also said he has a new perspective of you and was happy to what you were all about. You gained a fan. The steno girl liked you, too.

Hinton confided in Atty. Tierney that he thinks the U of S is screwed, and should end it before a decision comes down. The man in the second row was from the Board of Directors of the U of S. He wanted to hear for himself what was going on. He reported back that the U of S is on thin ice. That's it.

Oh ... he's actually quite frightening ... because he has all of the DD gang believing him and you know what ... and this is just my opinion ... but ... I don't think that he can any longer distinguish between his fantasy life and reality any longer ... I really think that he needs to seek help and soon!

Every people's champion usually ends up in the pocket of the machinery. It's just a matter of price. Mr. Pilchesky has been able to accomplish an incredible feat at the Suprme Court level. He's certified now as the most dangerous man in politics now because he has shown he can take on the biggest, the badest, the most connected, the wealthiest and the deepest rooted pol without flinching and finsh what he started. His price will be high, but everyone has a price. There's simply no way he can continue on this assault without being approached or otherwise disposed of. No way! He's raised the eyebrows of too many in this one. History has shown that a man of this nature does one of two things, he disappears with money or disappears without it. Those are the two choices he'll get, I have no doubt. And soon.



What do you think? The tip off for me is the glowing language that it is using to describe Pilchesky...someone who thinks this guy is going to sell-out wouldn't be so complimentary. Personally I don't think Pilchesky will disappear "...with money..." or "...without it.", for two reasons:

1. MYTH OF THE CONSPIRACY - There is no grand conspiracy to keep the public 'down'. Yes, there are many $hit-head politicians who really do screw people, but God created a natural system of checks and balances to prevent that kind from collaboration in wide-scale graft: it's called the politician's ego.

2. MYTH THAT PILCHESKY MATTERS - Joe Pilchesky proved to the State Supreme Court that Bob Cordaro did something truly stupid, but that's it. He's what, now 1 for 27? I understand why some are really pissed at our follicly-impaired friend, but let's be honest here...he picked an easy target, as it was pubically known and widely reported that Mr Cordaro was a director at Landmark. In essence Pilchesky got a win because Cordaro was sloppy and stupid, not because Pilchesky is some modern-day version of Bufford Pussar. Want another analogy? How about this: Pilchesky scored a basket because Cordaro lowered the net down to about 6 feet for him. Not exactly a Larry Bird kind of accomplishment.


As I said before, Pilchesky will not disappear. Instead, he will be here, unfortunately, continuing to inflate his own ego using the court system until finally someone successfully sues him (and possibly his wife as well, as I understand that most of his assets are under her name) for slander. The club that Pilchesky uses against others...the court system...will ultimnately be what stops him.

One more thing - does the local "political machine" really fear him? Let's keep it all in perspective - he's won one case out of 28. I wouldn't be too scared.

Well Art ... he is thinking that the local politicians want to curl up in a ball and die when he posts about them ... and lately I have been going to a few political rallys and I have to tell you ... they kind of like it when he posts about them ... he thinks he's bugging the $hit out of them and well I have to tell you after talking with a few of them ... they actually think it's kind of funny ... I think it bothers very few of them ...and most of the people I talked with at these rallys ... well they read it and take it in the same way they watch Council Meetings ... as pure comical entertainment.

And I just have to wonder how long Joey will keep it up when he knows that the majority of these "Local Politicians" are laughing at him!
