Bill Courtright is trying to appeal to the DD crew without getting his hands soiled by the hate-speech at DD. What he fails to realize is that he can, in fact, disagree with most of the Mayor's agenda AND STILL take a stand against the vile hate-speech employed at DD. Why is chooses not to is simple: he simply lacks the courage. It's for that reason that I will NEVER vote for the man.

Free Speech does't require a multi-paragrah disclaimer Mr. Pilchesky.

I don't get a feel that he posts. I have no doubt he reads the site - but if he posts he flies under the radar. Not the most vocal guy and no real speech habits to help identify him.

The idea of identifying dd.com posters over here cracks me up.

In one of the many "keep it up and you'll be banned" warnings Joe PM'd me, one in particular stands out; his warning to me to not attempt to identify users of his site on this site. That happened months before the identity post came out. I suspect it bothers Joe quite a bit that that thread exists. Probably even more-so that I didn't start it.

Girl it is true that he is a martial artist ... in fact that's the business that he is in ... he has his own school for martial arts ... I think it's on Main Ave in West Side.

I wrote an e-mail to Mr. Courtright asking the cost of the Pilchesky lawsuits to date ... and asked that something be done about that website and well the response that I got from Mr. Courtright was that I would have to contact Mr. Farrell for the information I was seeking and that he is not a poster or a reader of that site ... somehow ... and I don't know why ... just a feeling I have ... I don't believe him! And I was disappointed in the fact that he is always helpful to the Les Spindlers, Fay Franus's of this world ... but he would not even attempt to find out anything about this for me.

If that's what it will take I will go in there and hell I'll dress like Les and I'll walk like Les and hell I'll talk like Les ... if that's what it's going to take ... I just fired off an e-mail to Ms Evans ... with copies to all council members ... lets see if I have better luck with e-mailing her than Paul did ... I want to know the cost of the Pilchesky lawsuits ... I call it the Pilchesky Debt ... its very similar to the Doherty Debt!

Well, I told you all and sent a copy of the letter to a few of you ... and again I got a response from Mr. Courtright stating that he does not have that information and I should contact Mr. Farrelly ... I have not heard from Mrs. Evans on the matter ... I guess that I will contact Mr. Farrell ... but I just wanted to see if these two people who claim to be the champions of all of the people really were as they calimed ... well the lack of response from Mrs. Evans and the sad sorry response from Mr. Courtright tell me that they are not for all of the people ... they are simply for the people that think as they think ... and that is truly sad.

I am writing to you seeking information and hopefully you will be able to help me ... I do not want to give my name as I am thinking that there will be repercussions for seeking this information.

I wrote some time ago to Mr. Courtright and he refuses to even attempt to find the answer to my question so I am asking you under the right to information act.

I would like to know how much money the city has spent on the Pilchesky lawsuits from the first lawsuit until the present date? I would like to know how much money Mr. Pilchesky has needlessly cost the taxpayers of this city with frivolous lawsuits. I anxiously await your answer to this question. I was instructed by Mr. Courtright to ask Mr. Farrell however I decided that since you both get answers for others on a regular basis that I would ask you. Please remember that I also am a taxpayer and a resident of the City of Scranton and deserve the same respect as the other citizens.
