DA's petition against Bolus here - Crony rape I'm posting the Complaint and Petition for Temporary Injunctive Relief in the matter of In Re: Robert Bolus, Sr., Board of Elections, Lackawanna County, 07-CV-1993. In this matter... I will be the first to admit that I'm no Clarence Darrow...
Nawwwww, you don't say Mr Pilchesky? And what brought you to this conclusion, the fact that you are 0-28 in the courtoom?
Oh, I forgot...many of those losses are actually wins. Besides, isn't there a massive, sinister conspiracy* afoot designed to keep you from succeeding in your serial-plaintiff endeavors?
(*) Where the Irish, Catholics, Lawyers, Judges, and the Jesuits are all constantly thinking of ways to thwart 'Community Activity' Joe Pilchesky.

How many times does he have to tell you - he hasn't lost a case yet because they've all been thrown out. That's not losing, it's, errr, uhmmm, not winning.
Yeah sure Art, Joe has never lost a case; well that and...
...OJ is innocent and is currently looking for the real killer ...Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction ...Anna Nicole married that old dude strictly for love ...Rush Limbaugh fervently believes that all drug users should go to jail ...Dick Cheyne really wanted to serve in the military, but his draft board just happened to send him all those deferments ...Al Sharpton is a minister ...Bill Clinton has great taste in women ...Ray Lyman is actually a genius

See I knew OJ was innocent ... and I do remember Ray Lyman being on the Deans list at the University of Scranton ...

Art he's not even Pheonix Wright never mind Clarence Darrow!
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaJump to: navigation, search Phoenix WrightPhoenix Wright, Ryuichi Naruhodo (, Naruhod Ryichi), is a defense attorney in Capcom's Ace Attorney series. Phoenix is generally easy-going, which usually leads to his friends leading him around. He's dedicated to defending his innocent clients, but because he's just starting out he depends a lot on his boss and mentor, Mia Fey. Phoenix is also a loyal friend who won't back down once he's set his mind on something. He has a bit of a sarcastic side that he usually keeps to himself.

entire post this morning from the old man - watch it - it's already been edited once and it's only up for 35 min !!! RE: Will Joe take Bobby out of the election completely --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
::: "Mr. Cordaro called Mr. Pilchesky a 'stooge' for his political opponents who want to control everything." - Times Tribune.
Stooge? Mr. Cordaro is now saying I am not my own man. Hmmm, well I'm not nearly as famous, or infamous, depending on you vision, as Mr. Cordaro, but I do know this. I am an American. And, I am an American who understands the reach and flexibility of free speech a tad more than the average Joe.
Forthwith, this 'stooge' shall begin work on a criminal complaint against Mr. Cordaro in the nature of perjury. I will send a runner to Harrisburg today to acquire certified copies of proof that Mr. Cordaro still owns and runs Robert C. Cordaro, Inc., which he denied under oath and proof of which the court initially rejected as hearsay because it was only downloaded from the Bur. of Corporation's Web site, and not certified.
Like Judge Harhut, Mr. Cordaro also attacked a taxpayer seeking to right a wrong. As a gift to Mr. Cordaro, I will proceed to make a man out him by dragging his arrogant, pontificating, ego-drunk ass to the pond of humanity we know as humility and force him to drink from it, since he obviously cannot manage to do it on his own.

Cordaro got one right with the stooge comment. I can almost hear the fife and drum in the background as the old man plays his "I am an American" laugh track. And now Joe finally discloses that he has a staff - runners even that he can dispatch to parts unknown (and 'forthwith' yet). I'll bet he sent either Rainman pedaling furiously up over the Frackville mountains on his bike or Janet on her broomstick.
I sure am glad that we are keeping all of this stuff ... because one day we will be able to do 10 years of a sitcom with the material that we have ... we could all get rich off of this stuff ... And I think that it will have to be one of those HBO comedies because you couldn't put this on anything but Pay TV... Now this is my question ... who the hell will play Joe and Granma ... because they would be the main characters ... and of course we would have to throw in a Doomer or two ... I'm thinking Fay and Les ... This could be our golden opportunity people!
He's an American who thinks nobody should be denied the freedom of speech ... and well ... who is it that denies the average citizen the right to free speech on a daily basis ... this guy cracks me up ...

Pilchesky actually said "...arrogant, pontificating, ego-drunk ass..."? Well I guess it takes one to know one.
Bob Cordaro lacks nothing in the self-esteem department, that's for sure, but neither does serial-plaintiff Joe Pilchesky. Between the two of them give me Cordaro any day...he may be a pompous ass, but Pilchesky is a vindictive pompous ass. Besides, at least Cordaro can point to some accomplishments to counter-balance his frequent boners. Pilchesky, on the other hand, has accomplished nothing.

I believe his original intent was just to pi$$ off a whole slew of people, whip some of the remedials into a frenzy and then sit back on that unfinished deck of his with his Parodi and Genny Cream Ale - and telling the missus - "you mitht a thpot" as she waxes his vette. ::::
Serial-plaintiff and Uncle-Fester wannabe Joe Pilchesky prepares for another (I know, gasp!) courtroom rundown with Bob Cordaro. Some comments from yours truly: [in red brackets] Joe Pilchesky
RE: Petition for Injunctive relief filed today against Cordaro Mr. Cordaro's lawyer has filed an Emergency Hearing to Quash my petition for Injuncive Relief. There will be a hearing on it on May 11, 2007 at 10:00 am in courtroom 3 held by the Election Board of Judge Minora and Judge Munley. [This is where he shound have ended the posting] My wife will post it tomorrow morning for your review. [What's a god without evidence of his godhood?]I detect a bit of anger in the attitude of this motion [Angry? Cordaro should be angry, afterall he let a guy who was 0-28 in the courtroom beat him] and he even has excerpts of posts from Dohertydeciet.com attached as exhibits. [Damn, that could be interesting. I wonder what postings? Maybe a few anti-Irish, anti-Catholic, anti-Jewish rants from Antisemiticmovements? Perhaps some postings claiming that a certain Judge and a certain Senator are gay lovers? I know, it will be stuff about Cordaro, but I just couldn't help myself]I guess there's a compliment in there somewhere. [Compliment? More likely an in-vain attempt at shaming]Cordaro has called me a 'stooge' three times publicly and he takes another personal shot at me in this pleading, [Awwww, the serial-plaintiff got his fealings hurt? If there is any such thing as KARMA in the universe then this is the least of Pilchesky's worries]as you will see, calling me a convicted felon. (I don't recall telling anyone here, since the day I arrived on the political scene, that I was either a nice guy or a good guy) [Ah ha, this is why our favorite serial-plaintiff doesn't actually run for office himself; there's your 'leader' DD toadies...criminal record and all; and he has the brass ones to point fingers at others?]Inappropriate, I don't call him an infidel in my pleadings.[This is Pilchesky trying to make a funny; the only problem is that he now has to explain what an 'infidel' is to Granma]Where's the class?[NOT AT DD, that's for sure; Class? I disagree with Janet Evans about as much as Pilchesky disagrees with Judy Gatelli, but you will not see me stoop to calling her the kinds of vile names that Pilchesky and his sheep level at Gatelli...now let's talk about class...]Hmmmm, I wonder if Bob will say, "your mother wears combat boots" on friday. [Better that than the crap that Pilchesky regularly levels at people is does not like]He's stomped his feet loud enough to shake the county commish building when he lost in Supreme Court. I thought that sound was just his credibility being flushed down the toilet. [Oooops....too late...credibility left when Pilchesky allowed the children of elected officials to become cannon fodder in his 'war' with the people he does not like]
At any rate, we're off to see the Wizards of Odds, Minora and Munley. [That's right...Pilchesky slaps the hands he is counting on; that's okay I am sure he is counting on a higher court to save the day again...but what happens when he looses on appeal? What names are going to be used for those judges?] Maybe Bob will come out of the judge's chambers this time sitting on the shoulders of one of the judges singing, "I did it my way". [Well either that or Pilchesky's wife Edith will come out singing Alice Cooper's 'Only Women Bleed']I'd join right in since I can relate to the words, except I'm not facing my final curtain. He is if he can't pull this write-in off. Even if he does, it'll be a very long and very hot summer for Mr. Cordaro. [I don't know Bob Cordaro personally, but I will say this: turnabout is fair play, and unlike some others in this area, I get the impression that Cordaro will fight back...his ego would allow for nothing less. Pilchesky thinks that he is simply dealing with another council member here...he isn't, not by a long-shot...and if Cordaro does loose this, then I predict a long hot summer for Pilchesky] We'll see how much heat he can take as I clean the tips of my political blow torch.[replace 'torch' with 'hole']

And I though my "you mitht a thpot" was funny. Ag, you've outdone yourself on this one. What little credibility Pilchesky may have accrued with one or two additional people in these past few weeks, with that one simple nod in his favor, he is just burning every last bridge he crosses.
That jackas$ will sink before he swims. No doubt about it.
