Is that what the mayor wants? I've been putting up so much my back is broke. I didn't keep track, but at the minimum, I've directly - under my own name - called Chris Doherty a lying, two-faced, irresponsible, reckless, incompetent, crony, name-brand, corrupt thief hundreds upon hundreds of times. And, I've been doing it for two years, almost to the day. Where's the libel lawsuit from Doherty?

Let's do this the easy way. Let's have an EVERYTHING TO COME OUT party live on Channel 61. Gloves off. That should not be hard to arrange. What a wonderful way to sort all these issues out without having to spend any taxpayer money on legal fees or court costs, and thereby saving the court the fatigue of seeing a grown man cry in a courtroom. I say let's allot a full day on Channel 61, 8 straight hours, of nothing but debate on the two things; 1) the Doherty Administration and questions I have regarding the same; and 2) Dohertydeceit and and questions he, or anyone else, has regarding the same.

Let's do it. And, THE DAY BEFORE THE ELECTION. Doherty can line the walls with all his lawyers or anyone else he pleases. I will appear alone, but with plenty of documents. I'll even give them complete immunity from anything they say about me on any topic, and in writing. I will put this offer in letter form right now and mail it to the mayor. I will post a copy of the letter forthwith.


Reading between the lines I'd say Joe is looking for a circus sideshow, not a court battle.

Me thinks Joey-boy is starting to grasp the magnitude of what he has done.

What do you say we all get together and mail him a box of 'soap-on-a-rope' once he looses his pants on this suit?

Any hoots, here are a few predictions...

...there will be no showdown at the OK Coral (aka Channel 61) for Pilchesky
...the Mayor will continue to selectively make comments to the Times about the hazzard that Pilchesky represents to Scranton, logic, the legal system, and common decency in general
...The Times will continue to make the point that the guy is a nut-bag
...Serial-Plaintiff Pilchesky will see his case thrown out mainly because he can't show how he has been harmed by Judy Gatelli (Sorry Joe, you were damaged goods long before Judy Gatelli joined City Council)
...Serial-Plaintiff Pilchesky will be sued by at least one Judge or other offical (Pick'm...Mellow, Doherty, Gatelli, Minora, Harhut, Nealon, McGoff, etc.)
