Cordaro survived Commonwealth Court challenge

I just received by an Order via fax from Commonwealth Court that AFFIRMS our court's decision not to remove Mr. Cordaro from the ballot. It's a 12 page opinion and Order, which I'm in the process of preparing to be posted. The copy isn't great, but you get the gist of it. It'll be up within the hour.


Does this surprise any of you? I'm sure it will be the courts fault again,don't you all think so?

Did anyone ever stop to think where or where Joe gets the money from to file all of these frivlouous lawsuits, he files on a weekly basis, and just who helps him write them, I mean come on would anyone actually use the lawyer who helps him, and just in case Joey the P does come over here and reads this site, we did see you coming out of a downtown law office with none other that Steve Corbett.........

WILK is thrilled that the Doomers have become regular listeners, which I am sure was the plan all along. A little alliance between Corbett and serial-plaintiff Pilchesky just helps to seal the deal.
