His alleged challenge to Gatelli to specify the exact post that she considered treatening is nothing more than a cheap publicity grab, a farce, pointless, and everything else we've come to expect from him.
The very fact that the qualifier "if I agree" is contained in the letter demonstrates that it is nothing more than a taunt, and that no real action will be taken, or was ever intended to have been taken, by him.
What she may or may not view as threatening can and will, naturally, differ from what he views as threatening. For example, Mrs. Gatelli may rightly feel threatened by the hate speech, rumors, baseless accusations, lies and spin that is the very backbone of a typical DD.com post. Mr. Pilchesky, of course, would never be threatened by his bread and butter.
Joe, even with the lying, condescending, sackof suckcouncilwoman in your corner, you will never ever be as smart as you think you are, no matter how much the other dozen or so of your fans will verbally fellate you into believing.
But keep the jokes coming, toolbox. You're entertaining as hell from where I'm sitting.
This is coming from the very same guy who wrote (well sort of...me thinks he had some 'help') a several hundred word dissertation on why free speech doesn't really apply at DD...you know, that very same DD that supposedly stands for, you guess it, free speech.
Pilchesky sees himself as this modern-day version of Buford Pusser, fighting corruption while 'Walking Tall'. The problem is that he isn't a Tennessee sheriff... he's nothing more than a bully on the beach of life, throwing lawsuits instead of sand into people's faces. Hero? The man is a hero to a bunch of cowards who revel in calling women 'fat' behind their backs. Damn, that takes real courage.
I salute Judy Gatelli & family for being as retrained has they have been in dealing with this 'man' and his groupies.
