Just kidding. You're safe, like all others. I don't see any direct threat, it's only a contrasting opinion of perhaps how you'd better serve the purposes of civic mindedness. Take it with a grain of salt. I don't agree with "V", I think you serve a hearty purpose on this forum. Where would we be without a little stirring antagonistic warfare. You can appreciate the sincerity, I'm sure. However, since you feel that your life is threatened, (not sure how) I have contacted the poster "V" and advised him/her to lighen up a little. He/she doesn't post often, but when he/she does, it's usually colored in revolutionary passion - sometimes compassion, but not necessarily in your case. Just hang on tight, my friend, we're all just getting warmed up. Having fun yet?

Now am even more fearful.

I have been contacted by several people who claim to post here and they have given me reason to be fearful for my life the the well being of my immediate family.

Now I know how Joe must feel.

Who would have thought that "anonymous" posting on a web site would lead to such an occurrence. This is greatly concerning to me. Why would such behavior be allowed or encouraged? Who here is willing to come to my defense?

C'mon Art! No one would pick on Gilligan! No one would pick on Shreck's Donkey! No one would pick on Mr. Ed and no one would harm you. If you did or said something that had meaning, wasn't trivial or held true relevance, I'd believe it.

Comic relief is just that- comic.

Grow a set and stand behind what you say.

If someone is threatening you, stand up for what you believe in or shrivel up and blow away. We put whiners down for a nap around here. Hell, if I listened to half the threats I received Saturday alone, I'd be in the fetal position.
