OUTLAWS [biker gang] 2 Be securty 4 council meeting??

I heard the OUTLAWS [a biker gang with a Scranton chapter] is going 2 be doing the security at the city council meeting .just like back when the hells angels used 2 do security for the Rolling Stones. It seems that a council member has close ties 2 the organization.I wont name names though
