This is a woman in a world of very ugly legal trouble, and the legal troubles could be staggering. 1) The death threats that she's claimed don't exist, not now or before, when she went on this identical website threat rant and called me a terrorist publicly from her president's seat, among other things. 2) This is the second time she's played this public attack game with me. The second time gave rise to the charge of criminal harassment since the definition of harassment is more than one offense. Wouldn't you find it harassing to find your name on the front page four times for things you didn't do? And, I can file a total of 4 counts of harassment, and all at different times. I don't have to file them all at the same time. 3) There is a laundry list of constitutional and civil rights violations spanning 8 months that I can file one at a time, which I'll do, and Amil Minora can spend his days fighting them in both federal and state court. McGoff would be involved due to what he said about shutting the cameras off. Minimum of 6 actions, maybe 7. I can also prepare lawsuits for others, guiding them through the process, at no cost to them. For example, Fay and the man removed from the podium at WS high school have strong cases against Gatelli. 4) She would be sued as both an individual and as a council member, as well as council president. That opens a broad litigation door in many ways. Since she conducted herself concurrently as an individual and council member/president, I can also file suit against the entire council. You have to be careful what you say when you're the president of council. What she said, they all said. Being sued as an individual puts her house, if it' s in her name, in the line of fire, as well as anything else she owns. Worst case, I'd have a beauty of a judgment against her. 5) She's accused me and this message board of being in some kind of cooperative covert actions with Janet Evans that has resulted in her being threatened and harassed. That was a long, long, long reach. But, I suppose the gamble and risks were worth it at the time of the plan. Then, Gatelli said she saw Janet Evans and me having lunch in Pittston. That was news to me and Evans. I'd look forward to her proving that. 6) I can go looking for motives for the public attack on me even before I file all of the lawsuits. Preparation in aid of filing a lawsuit is allowed, it's called discovery. For example, I can ask her husband or any of his customers about his landscaping business that he never claimed, like that church. I can depose her or anyone else to establish the reasons for her illegal conduct. For example, if I thought these public attacks on me were retaliation for expansive discussion on this board about her relatives getting cushy jobs, I could depose them and their bosses about how they got those jobs and what they believe Judy is doing for them to keep them. 7) Gatelli and the other defendants would have both a libel and slander lawsuit on their hands, since what she said was also translated in print and repeated on Channels 16 and 28 numerous times. I already have the tapes. 8) She's caused the Scranton Times and the news stations to be co-defendants. They'd have to be. What's a good defamation lawsuit without deep pockets, I always say? Seriously, the Times and Channels 16 and 28 went way out on a limb here, a very thin one. They'd be defendants. 9) Here's the deal on the table for Gatelli and McGoff. a. she resigns by April 5th; b. McGoff pulls out of the council race by the same time; c. I'll agree in writing not to take any legal action. The huge bonus: I'll drop the super-sensitive lawsuit against the Golf Course, which sale was a fraud from day one, which I filed within the statutes, which I have standing to argue, whether Judge Minora, who's mother-henning it, agrees or not (he'll be reveresed on appeal) and which now involves the DeNaples family. That will be ugly and it will not go away. Call it a pre-filing settlement offer in the best interests of all of the parties. I'm easy to get along with. If she walks away from council on April 5th still as a councilwoman, on April 6th the legal bombs begin to drop. That's a fair offer to save all parties a substantial load of legal work, a boat load of money and guaranteed negative national attention. A part of me would rather file the suits and clean her out, settle with the other defendants and buy that houseboat in Key West, but Judy Gatelli is bad for everyone, heself included. This is a gift for her for many reasons, as well as the people of the city of Scranton, the DeNaples family and maybe even Judge Minora, who gets me off his back. She should take it and run, and never look back. Chris Doherty is not worth it. ::: Well, isn't HE the White Knight. Chivalry may not be dead, but it's in a coma somewhere. How does one man find the time to type so much meaningless crap? Clearly Mrs. Gatelli and everyone else are shaking in their boots at the thought of another lawsuit by Pilchesky. I have a dog that can file lawsuits with the exact same success rate as Joe. __________________ Make Jack pack!

Threats were made ... maybe not by you Joe Pilchesky ... but you do and did at all times take full responsibility for what is posted on your site therefor the threats are yours ... you claimed them ... nobody made you do this. You could have created rules of conduct and stuck to them ... but you made a choice my friend ... and isn't that what life is all about ... making choices ... some are the right ones and well then there are the choices that you make ... all the wrong ones! Oh and by the way ... just in case you hadn't noticed there is a way to prove that threats have been made ... it's called "PRINT" ... you condone and encourage your posters to level threats against posters and public officials ... example would be the threats to Darth Art which he brought to your attention and well lets just say that you pretty much made a joke of the whole situation ... but just so you know ... it's a topic over here at PD. So we all know how you handle these situations ... Now it's just my opinion but I'm sure that you have recently sanitized your board ... but ... tooooooooooooo little way tooooooooooo late! Who is the one that could be sued for defamation of character ... slander ... I think it would be you ... you put things out there with absolutely no concrete proof and then when proven wrong you don't take down the posts you let them out there for the world to see .... I think that is something that you should be held liable for ... and I'm sure I'm not alone in my thinking on this one ... hell you told the world that I am Joe Brazil ... and I'm not ... you told the world that we at PD are all IT people working for the city and posting on city time ... we are not ... so Hello Pot ... this is Kettle ... get your own house in order before you start suing others for what you yourself are guilty of!!!!!! What! I thought Joe did things because they were "right" for "justice" to speak for the "little guy"?? He just proved he does have a price (despite denying that over and over and over and ....) in fact he named his price in the above post. Gee and what a price it is........... "giving up worthless lawsuits which have about as much chance of being succesful as all my previous ones.....for Mrs. Gatelli's job. Wow what an offer......Mrs Gatelli I don't know how you could pass up such an attractive offer.......NOT!! If you glance at his topic heading, it says "If Gatelli resigns, I won't." This implies that if Gatelli stays on Council, Joe will be the one who quits. What an easy choice he's given her!
