RE: IS 'TB' AN ISSUE AT SCRANTON HIGH SCHOOL? Grow up, Darth. The post was put up late last night. If that's not good enough for you, oh well...
Surely he doesn't think that the fact that Joe posted something at 12:45 AM (when the paper is printing...they don't just magically appear on your porch, AIT...) is teh equivalent of scooping them?
Hopefully, Dr. Butthead will be Johnny on the Spot and have pictures of the kids and families getting tested. What a public service THAT would be!
Joe has the market on truth cornered. The times held the edition to do the story as per his post at 12:45 am. May I have some of what he's smoking please?
There was another report of 2 more kids from the nurses office being reported to the DOH for symptoms today. TB is very contagious through the air. A Better precaution would have been to close the school and commence clean up. Without knowing the activities of the kid who was first treated, how can this be isolated to about 50 other kids and their contact with him/her?
Without knowing anything about the case, the kid involved, the symptoms displayed, or even the potential risk, Dr. Attorney Superintendent Pilchesky wants to shut down the entire building and give everyone decontamination baths. Because a part time carpernter knows what's best for our schoolchildren, too, right? Just because you suck at the law doesn't mean you need to go make a mockery of other professions, too.
Janet that exhausted from being the Representative of the People that she needs you to get her a day off from school? The farce is strong with this one, Darth....
