Two thoughts...

1. We should keep some kind of list whenever we are able to 'out' one of the DD folks. I know there is a thread out there somewhere, but I was thinking something more concise. Why? To paraphrase the late, great Dr. Hunter S. Thompson "if you buy the ticket, you ride the ride". If these people want to throw mud, then I say they need to be prepared for the consequences. At least Pilchesky is man enough to stand on his own words, no matter how strange, hateful, weird, delusional, etc. You can't say the same for Pilchesky-wanna-be Milo/Elmo, hate-monger Anti or the sentence-structure impaired Granma.

2. As I said a few months ago, politicians have to put up with a certain amount of DD crap in their public service lives. That doesn't make it right; rather, it's simply a cost of doing that business. Judges, however, are a different story. They should and MUST be above the kind of hateful banter that is broadcast at DD. Mind you there are instances when judges should be criticized (we are talking sex-offender leniency cases, etc.), but failing to agree with a serial plaintiff simply doesn't rise to that kind of standard. Somehow I think Pilchesky will rue the day he started judge bashing. Free advice to Joe Pilchesky...never crap in the same place where you want to eat.

 

End Note...Someone could read this and accuse me of being disingenuous in that I post under an assumed name, and that would be a valid criticism. However, there is a big difference between what I write and what, for example, Milo, Jimbu or Anti write...namely that you can put ANYTHING I post on a billboard along I81 with my picture and I wouldn't be ashamed. My posting under an assumed name has more to do with common practice for internet message boards and the "get us dirt on..." mentality of most DD posters. What's more, if anyone wanted to know my real name they could send me a message and ask. I'll tell if you tell .

Do you think that they stopped to think that maybe Judge Mazzoni did do the right thing ... it's just that he does not agree with them on what that right thing is ... well I could see how he might be confused because after all Joe Pilchesky went to the best law school didn't he ... oh that's right he didn't ... he's not really a lawyer ... Judge Mazzoni was he a librarian before he became a judge wasn't he? ... oh that's right ... he was a lawyer who went to law school ... now lets see ... we have a carpenter (hard workers usually) and a lawyer ... which would you think knows more about the law?

Thats the thing I don't get..........................In a million years why would Mazzoni ever be intimated by Dobee ?????  He's been around ALOT longer then Dobee & I'm sure the amt of dirt (if any) Dobe has on Mazzoni is nothing compared to what Mazz has on him.

I have to wonder - where the hell does this guy get these numbers?  Does he have one of those special calculators that comes with an attachment that lets you see the numbers you want to see, instead of recognizing the numbers you actually see? 

One topic has 3000+ views.  He and the missus must have quite a few people sitting in front of their computers checking the board over and over and over - all the live long day - just to make thenumbers climb.  They probably sit there and harmonize through "Old Man River" and "Chain Gang" - (the poor bastards).

I kind of figured there was a special magic wand you admins could wave over the monitor that would show such numbers.  Joe must have a bigger wand than you Lu.  I would say the majority of his numbers come from their very own posters popping in and out all through the day.  I check over there occasionally as I know most of us do.  You never know - maybe the FBI the CIA the NSA the PSP and the NRA are checking in, as well.

While I agree that Freddy is a genius...I have to give Paul credit. I believe Paul (unbeknowst to me, or Freddy) kind of called him out on this weeks ago. I was just playing catch up.

That said, looks like old Joe needed to be respectful (read: afraid) of the judge.  I have to think that someone whispered in his ear how to properly word the title of the thread. Clearly he flinched. He can call it whatever he wants, but he flinched and he knows it.

It must be so sad to see your hero take a fall.  That was just the opening salvo, wait until he starts to absorb some real punishment - the spin will be epic!
