Dietary Sugar

Hello,

I'm awaiting my test results but I've been experiencing all the typical symptoms so I'm pretty certain. The question will just be Type 1 or 2. I've started to read material online and log my food and my questions is about dietary  sugar. I've read that the target is < 25 grams of sugar per day. Eating as well as I know how to I haven't been able to get my number under 25.  When I look at my food log the foods with the highest sugar count are things like blueberries, raspberries, green beans etc. How can I have a healthy diet if I cut fruits and vegetables out of my diet?Typically I'll have many more calories in my 'budget' to eat but I can't because I'm already over the 25 so I just go to bed hungry. I'm wondering how other people manage this? I don't want to exchange the trash food I was eating for chemically laden processed foods. If I'm being forced to change my life I want to do it in a way that feels healthful.

Please help

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
