What's a radio?  Oh, those stations where people pontificate rather than provide me with unlimited music streaming....

I strongly believe in eliminating the row offices.  I found a willing sponsor.  We agreed to join forces this one time.  That's it.  I'm not backing down on this.  People are allowed to disagree with me.

Just like there are really only two flavors of ice cream...vanilla and chocolate (and lots of minor flavors from there...) there are really only two people running for Mayor of Scranton.  Is Lisi the one who works at Gerrity's as a bagger or something like that?  In any event, we have Courtright and Randol running for mayor, and a few others running for "I want my name in the paper".  By the way, Gary Lewis' sign looks like something you'd see advertising an ice cream shop.  

As for the flyer, well it follows in a long traditional of NEPA political mailings that, in the end, help to start something important...in my case that would be the occasional backyard grilling event.

 I said I wasn't judging it since I had not even seen one as of that post....however I am curious as to why when you claim to be ok with the flyer you seemed to have made it look like it came from the Times.

I was under the impression it would be more like the Gibbons ad in the newspaper this morning.  Editorial copy with a big "vote out the row offices" message.  Never crossed my mind it would be two-sided.

Sadly I think it just created controversy as opposed to impact.....I would suggest in the future before you attach your name to something you review it first....Whoever concocted this did you no favors.

Everything causes controversy in this county when it comes to politics.  Somebody else did themselves no favors when they decided to be sneaky rather than back their own referendum.  They never learn.

Glenn it makes no difference if you think it wasn't a trick....it is what the people who you were appealing to think that matter....from their perspective this flyer was deceptive in the way it was presented. Sorry but that is the truth.
